This yummy Yogurt Apple Dip is the perfect sweet treat for your afternoon snack. The Greek yogurt gives it tons of protein and the cinnamon and vanilla add the perfect amount of sweetness and flavor.

Ingredients

Plain Greek yogurt

Instructions
Open your container of Greek yogurt and add vanilla and cinnamon to taste.
Stir well.
Eat with sliced apples.
Notes
If you want to make this dip recipe even more decadent, add honey and peanut butter! Yes, that will drive up the fats and calories. But it's tasty!
You can also add other spices like cardamon, ginger and nutmeg.
To play around with the calories, etc. you can change which type of yogurt you use.
If you are looking for something dairy-free, you can always make this with almond milk yogurt or another alternative type.
