Ingredients
1/2
cup
red wine
something fruity (like Pinot Noir)
1/2
cup
Greek yogurt
plain
1
cup
frozen berries
mixed red berries
1
tsp
honey
Instructions
Add the red wine, Greek yogurt, frozen mixed berries and honey to a blender.
Mix well.
Enjoy responsibly.
Notes
If red wine isn't your thing, you could make this with white wine. Try a moscato or Pinot Grigio which would both go well with berries.
Don't want the wine? Substitute it with the same amount of apple juice or water.
You can leave out the yogurt if you don’t want dairy in your drink. The smoothie will still taste amazing!
