Notes
If you don't have a proper muddler, you can use the back of a wooden spoon or even an ice cream scooper! You can easily change up the flavors by muddling other fresh fruit along with the lime and mint.To make mojitos for a crowd, try to prepare as much of the ingredients ahead of time, like cutting the limes, having the sugar ready and mint washed and ready, since it does take a minute to muddle the cocktail in each glass. It is WAY cheaper to buy a 2-liter bottle of club soda, but if you aren't making a whole bunch of drinks in a relatively short period of time, it makes more sense to buy the smaller bottles so you always have club soda on hand.
