Ingredients

granulated sugar

fresh rosemary
Instructions
Dip the rosemary sprigs in water to moisten them slightly.
Immediately after dipping in water, roll the rosemary sprigs in the granulated sugar to coat them completely.
Gently shake off any excess sugar.
Lay the sugared rosemary sprigs on a wire rack to dry completely. You can also place them on a sheet of parchment paper.
Once dry, store the sugared rosemary in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 1 week.
