Strawberry Sauvignon Blanc Martini
How to make a delicious Strawberry Sauvignon Blanc Martini with vodka. This easy, fruity wine cocktail is a perfect summer drink idea. This Sauvignon Blanc cocktail is one of my faves!

Ingredients
- 1 oz Sauvignon Blanc I used One Hope Wine
- 1 oz vodka
- 3 fresh strawberries stems removed
- 1 oz simple syrup
- 1/2 oz lemon juice I used Meyer lemons. That's my jam.
- 1 1/2 oz soda water
Instructions
- In a cocktail shaker, add lemon juice and fresh strawberries.
- With a muddler, muddle the berries.
- Add vodka, Sauvignon Blanc and simple syrup.
- Add ice and shake well.
- Strain into a chilled martini glass.
- Top with a splash of soda water.

The last time I made this drink I left out the club soda and it was still delicious! If you don't enjoy that fizz in your drinks, just skip it!
You can use strawberry simple syrup instead of muddling fresh strawberries but it will lose some of that freshness that I so love when using fruit.
You can try this with flavored vodka for another flavor boost. A citrus version would be tasty!
