Rotel with green chilies
well-drained

Instructions
Mix the sour cream and taco seasoning in a medium bowl.
Drain the can of Rotel really well, then add that and the cheese to the sour cream mixture. Stir well.
Refrigerate for 1 hour, then serve with corn chips or veggies.
Notes
This can work as a keto recipe too.
If you’d like to make a day ahead, mix the sour cream and taco seasoning, then add the Rotel and cheese the day you’re going to serve it.
Serves well with Fritos, tortilla chips, and veggies.
