4ozPrickly Pear Cactus Water
2oztequila
1ozlime
Instructions
In a cocktail glass, muddle the cucumber slices.
Add the tequila, cactus water and lime juice.
Add ice and give a quick stir.
Garnish with a lime or cucumber slice, optional.
Notes
The nutritional information is off due to the fact that the software doesn't have cactus water as an option. I like to use blanco or silver tequila but you can use reposado if you prefer. If you need it a little sweeter, add some simple syrup.Feel free to make this your own with more lime juice (or less) and consider mudding other fresh fruit or herbs.
