This quick and easy Moscow Mule mocktail is refreshing and full of flavor. Sip this non-alcoholic version of your favorite cocktail anytime you want a tasty drink with no side effects.
To a copper mug, add lime juice, simple syrup and club soda.
If muddling fresh mint, add it now and muddle it.
Fill cup with ice.
Top with ginger beer.
Use a bar spoon to stir the drink.
Garnish with mint.

Clap the mint between your palms to lightly bruise it and release even more fragrance and flavor.
Not all ginger beer in non-alcoholic, double check the label to ensure you aren't turning this virgin mocktail into a full on cocktail.

You can turn this into a punch by pre-squeezing the fresh lime juice. You can mix the simple syrup (if using) and lime juice and keep it in the fridge until ready to serve. Use the serving slider in the recipe card to change the number of servings you want to make. Don't add the bubbles (club soda and ginger beer) until just before serving. Place ice in cups or mugs as needed so they don't dilute the drink.
