This yummy Mimosa Mule is perfect for any celebratory event where you need a champagne cocktail.

- 2 oz Orange Juice
- 3 oz ginger beer
- 4 oz champagne
Instructions
- Add ice to a copper Moscow Mule mug.
- Add orange juice and ginger beer.
- Top with champagne.
Notes
Everyone has a certain way that they like their mimosas. I like mine with just a splash of orange juice. The orange juice flavor in this cocktail is to my liking, but if you like to really taste the orange juice just add more.
If you want to make this taste even more like a Moscow Mule consider adding 1-2 ounces of vodka and fresh mint.
