Mint Cucumber Lemonade Cocktail
This Mint Cucumber Lemonade Cocktail with vodka is super refreshing and has the most amazing flavor! It's a copycat recipe of Newport Lemonade from Wood Ranch BBQ and is super easy to make at home. It's ready in just minutes and is sure to be your go-to summer cocktail!

Ingredients
- 2 ounces vodka
- 1.5 ounce lemon juice
- 1.5 ounces simple syrup
- 6 fresh mint leaves
- 8 slices of fresh cucumber
Instructions
- To a cocktail shaker, add lemon juice, mint leaves and cucumber slices then muddle.
- Add vodka and simple syrup.
- Add ice and shake well.
- Strain over fresh ice in a cocktail glass.
- Garnish with a cucumber slice and fresh mint if desired.
Notes
- Use fresh lemon juice, not store-bought or prepared lemonade.
- Peel the cucumber before slicing. The peel can be bitter.
- Chill your glass for an extra refreshing cocktail.
- Serve over larger ice cubes rather than crushed ice.
