Instructions
To a
copper Moscow Mule mug
filled with ice, add the Lemon Lavender Haus.
Add your favorite vodka.
Add the fresh lemon juice.
Top with ginger beer.
Add a few drops of
lavender bitters
.
Stir and enjoy.
Notes
Seriously, be careful with the lavender bitters. Too many drops will ruin this drink.
If making these Haus Mules for a group, pre-squeeze your lemon juice ahead of time! The drinks will come together much faster.
You can use other flavors of Haus to make Moscow Mules too. Just leave out the lavender bitters and replace them with regular bitters.
If you don't have Haus, you can use:
Lavender Tea
(like simple syrup but without sugar - for more concentrated flavor without making something overly sweet).
Make lavender simple syrup
.
Buy
lavender syrup
.
Infuse vodka with lavender
.
Lavender liquor. (There are a variety of brands out there although they are a bit hard to find).
Or you can just leave it out and add the flavor with only
the bitters.
Or follow this
Lemonade Mule recipe
and use my
Lavender Lemonade
in place of regular lemonade.
