Ingredients
8
oz.
cream cheese
softened
8
oz.
sour cream
1 3/4
cups
cheddar cheese
shredded (divided) - save 1/4 to sprinkle on top
1
tsp
garlic salt with parsley
3
jalapeno peppers
seeded and chopped
2.25
oz.
jar of dried beef
approximately 1/2 cup, save a few for the top

Instructions
Mix together all ingredients (except garnishes) in a large bowl.
Transfer to a baking dish (9x9 will work. I used something cuter. Sorry, not sorry.)
Top with remaining cheddar cheese, parmesan cheese and dried beef slices.
Bake in a 350 degree oven for approximately 30-45 minutes until completely melted and browned.
