You will love this creamy and delicious cold burrata dip full of fresh garlic, chives, and fresh cracked black pepper. It is perfect for easy entertaining.
Drain the burrata and place it in your food processor.
Smash the garlic and add to the burrata.
Add the heavy cream, salt, freshly cracked pepper and chives.
Blend well.
Taste and adjust seasoning. Enjoy!
Notes
Fresh cracked pepper is best.If making ahead, add more heavy cream before serving to loosen it up. Store in an air tight container in the fridge.Serve with veggies, bread and crackers.
