Ginger Tequila Lemonade
This super quick and easy Ginger Tequila Lemonade cocktail is refreshing and excellent for sipping all summer long. The smooth Lobos 1707 Tequila pairs perfectly with the fresh ginger and lemon!

Ingredients
- 1.5 ounces Lobos 1707 Tequila Joven
- 2 ounces water
- 2 ounces fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp fresh grated ginger
- 1/2 ounce agave
- 2 dashes bitters
Instructions
- To a cocktail shaker add water, lemon juice, agave and Lobos 1707 tequila.
- Grate peeled, fresh ginger with a microplane then add it to the cocktail shaker.
- Add a handful of ice and shake well.
- Strain into a cocktail glass.
- Add 2-4 dashes of bitters and stir.
Notes
Use a frozen “cube” of ginger if you don’t have it fresh.
Substitute store-bought lemonade if you don’t have lemons or want to save a little bit of time. Taste the cocktail before adding any additional sweetener since pre-made lemonade will already be sweetened.
While this tequila is considered Joven (blanco with a little aged tequila added), you could also use reposado if you prefer.
Use simple syrup if you don’t have agave.
Use spicy bitters to add even more heat!
