This Blood Orange Cocktail with gin is super refreshing thanks to a scoop of sorbet! Part gin and tonic and part boozy float, this easy drink is great for spring and beyond.
To a cocktail glass, add one scoop of your favorite sorbet.
Add gin and tonic syrup.
Top off with soda water.
Take rosemary sprig in your hand give it a clap to release some oils.
Add rosemary sprig to glass and use it to stir.
Continue to stir as the sorbet melts to add more herb flavor.
Notes
The Jack Rudy Tonic is a syrup that is used alongside club soda. You can substitute regular tonic. If you use a regular tonic, it is a personal preference if you want to add more fizz with extra club soda or just leave it out.
