Easy Michelada Recipe with Pumpkin
This Spicy Pumpkin Michelada is the perfect beer cocktail for fall! With canned pumpkin and Mexican style beer, this is a refreshing drink that is full of flavor!

TBSP
Canned Pumpkin
heaping

lemon

agave syrup

ginger

cinnamon

cayenne red pepper

Estrella Jalisco beer
I used about 3/4 of a can
Tajin
to rim glass
Instructions
In a bar pitcher add pumpkin, lemon juice and agave.
Add cinnamon, ginger, salt and cayenne.
Mix well.
Top with beer.
Mix with a bar spoon.
Rim a glass with a lemon wedge and Tajin. (Run a piece of cut lemon on the rim, then dip the wet edge into a pile of Tajin on a plate.)
Pour Pumpkin Michelada over ice.
Notes
Add more cayenne to kick up the spice even more.
Use just a little beer so the pumpkin flavor takes center stage.
Use more beer (I used about 3/4 of a can) to dilute the pumpkin flavor since I wanted it to be a little subtle.
Add a little tequila to really get the party started.
