Creamy Salsa Dip
This 4-ingredient Salsa and Sour Cream Dip combines salsa, sour cream, shredded cheese, and fresh cilantro into a yummy dip to pair with chips, veggies or even taquitos.

Ingredients

sour cream

salsa

white extra sharp cheddar cheese
hand shredded

cilantro

Instructions
Mix the sour cream, salsa, cheese and cilantro in a medium bowl.
Refrigerate for 2 hours for the flavors to blend.
Stir before serving.
Serve with fresh veggies, taquitos, corn or tortilla chips.
Notes
Be sure to make this sour cream and salsa dip ahead of time. It tastes better as it sits!
The flavor will differ slightly based on what salsa you use. So be sure to taste and adjust as needed.
