To a cocktail shaker add the cold brew coffee, Kahlua, coconut rum, heavy cream, cinnamon and agave.
Add ice.
Shake well.
Strain over fresh ice in a low ball glass.
Top with skewered donut holes (optional)
Notes
If you don't have coconut rum, you can use regular rum. Or Vodka. Either will be delicious.
You can make your own coffee for this cocktail. Just make it extra strong. Spiced Coffee Grounds would be extra delicious!
Adding sweetener to cocktails is a great way to balance all the flavors. If you find that it is too sweet for you, just leave it out or use less. I'm not a fan of sweet drinks but sometimes it can make all the difference.
Make it blended by adding this recipe and ice to a high-speed blender!
