Ingredients

all purpose flour

baking powder

cocoa powder

mayonnaise

oil
(vegetable or canola)

vanilla extract
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Grease and flour a baking pan and set aside.
In a bowl whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder and cocoa powder.
Add the mayo, oil and vanilla extract and beat vigorously until everything is combined.
Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and bake for 40 minutes or until done.
Let cool completely before frosting.
