Ingredients
8oz.cream cheese, softened
1/4 cupsour cream
2.4ozdried beef, rinse, drained and chopped
1tspsoy sauce
3green onions, chopped
Instructions
Rinse the dried beef slices and pat them to dry. Then chop into small pieces.
To a medium bowl add the cream cheese, dried beef, sour cream, soy sauce and green onions. Mix well.
Refrigerate for an hour before serving.
Notes
Be sure to let it sit in the fridge for at least an hour. The flavors will develop and evolve into something tastier if they hang out a bit before serving.
Make sure to use softened cream cheese. When the cream cheese is at room temperature it's so much easier to mix and blend everything together.
Serve it on a pie plate or other shallow dish and have a variety of dippers in small bowls that people can choose from. It'll surely be a crowd-pleaser!
