This champagne sorbet cocktail is one of my favorite drinks to make for a girl's night. It's like a bubbly glass of champagne and sorbet dessert in one!

Notes
These are made like mimosas in the sense of making them to taste. Some people may want more champagne while others just want a splash (weirdos..!)Variations
Make it even simpler - One of my favorite warm-weather drinks is a sorbet champagne cocktail that is even more simple than the recipe I'm sharing today. Just add your favorite sherbet or sorbet to a glass and top with champagne.
Make it non-alcoholic - skip the champagne and serve with sparkling water instead.
Tips
Party tip - Mixing champagne with another liquid is a great way to make a bottle of champagne bottle go further!
Don't Waste a Bottle - If you don't want to open a full bottle of champagne, just for one drink for yourself, you can pick up canned wines to keep on hand! They're such a great idea to not waste a whole bottle.
