of your choice

to your taste preferences
honey

Instructions
Add all ingredients to a blender.
Mix well.
Add more honey or spices to suit your taste preferences.
Notes
Add more honey if you want the smoothie to be a bit sweeter.
You can use a milk alternative and dairy-free yogurt alternative if you don't use or like regular milk and dairy products.
