Ingredients
1
cup
very cold heavy whipping cream
1/2
cup
powdered sugar
3
TBSP
Guinness Stout Beer
1/2
vanilla bean
scraped
Instructions
To the bowl of a stand mixer add cold whipping cream, powdered sugar, Guinness beer and vanilla bean.
Mix on high until medium peaks form, approximately 3-4 minutes.
Notes
To get the best results, use really cold whipping cream. You can also freeze your metal mixing bowl and beaters. Make sure your beer is cold too!
It's better to under mix than overmix whipped cream. Too long, and it turns into a broken, clumpy mess.
You can use 1/2 tsp of vanilla instead of a vanilla bean.
Don't have a stand mixer? You can make this with a hand mixer. You can even make it by hand with a whisk but your arm will be TIRED.
To store this beer whipped cream, cover tightly and keep in the fridge for about 24 hours.
