This large batch cocktail is perfect for getting a little bad. And there’s nothing “badder” than drinking right out of the milk carton, amIright? Only bad moms would do that.
In fact, you know which mom friends would actually share this with you and which ones would sit this out. The ones that would share this with you are probably the same ones who held up your wedding dress so you could pee on your wedding day. And have probably held your hair back for you at some point.
You know I love easy mixed drinks that require only a few ingredients. But I’m a total loser and forgot one of the most important parts of a White Russian recipe, the vodka. Duh. I’m so bad.
Ingredients
- A gallon of milk (or approximately 10 3/4 cups milk)
- Kahlua
- Chocolate Syrup
- Vodka

You know I love easy mixed drinks that require only a few ingredients. But the first time I made this I was a total loser and forgot one of the most important parts of a White Russian recipe, the vodka. Duh.
Without the vodka this is really just chocolate milk with a little Kahlua. Which isn’t bad. But vodka makes the good times roll.
I know a traditional White Russian recipe doesn’t include chocolate syrup. But it should…
Directions
Step 1
Make a little room in the gallon jug for the rest of the ingredients.
Depending on your level of “Bad Momness” pour it out, save that extra milk in a mason jar for your kid’s cereal or just take a couple of swigs from the carton.
Step 2
Add the Kahlua to the milk jug. Don’t worry about measuring. Do what feels right.
Step 3
Add in the chocolate.
Step 4
Add the vodka. Lots of vodka.
Step 5
Shake it like crazy to make sure everything mixes together.
Taste Test
You have to test it to make sure it’s good. It’s also a pretty good arm workout to drink it this way!
Make whatever adjustments you need to. It should taste delicious and like you’re about to make some bad decisions.
Serve
Add some colorful straws so you can share it with your mom friends. Or just pass that jug around and get silly!

Yes! As I mentioned the first time I made this I forgot the vodka. The most important part of a classic White Russian. But, it was still delicious so you can easily leave out the vodka if you’d like to lighten things up a bit.
I’m sure this would taste good with whatever plant based milk you use. Just make sure your chocolate syrup does not have any dairy in it!
One of my favorite scenes in the original Bad Moms movie takes place in the grocery store and the ladies make a giant White Russian in the middle of the aisle. In a gallon-sized milk jug. And I was like, genius! The easiest pitcher cocktail ever!

How long will a gallon of White Russian keep in the fridge?
I do not know the technical answer based on how alcohol might react with the milk, etc. but I would think you could make this a few hours ahead and maybe overnight if you are planning for a party. It may last longer than that but I haven’t tried it so I’m not 100% sure!!
I wouldn’t make this and drink it all week. Instead, I would make them fresh each time I wanted one. But this large batch is great for a party situation where a bunch of people would drink them the same night.
